Volunteer – We need you!
Our experience has taught us that many of you are think “I couldn’t do that.” We know you can. How we introduce, enable and develop each volunteer is simple, highly effective and adaptable to individual needs.
At Active Listening we value every volunteer. You will join a team that cares, supports and looks out for you, helping you to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Churches – Reaching Out
We appreciate the opportunity to come and present Active Listening and to provide an opportunity for more people to know about what we do and how we can be supported.
Funds
Our voluntary charity runs at an incredibly low cost but we must raise funds every year to meet expenses. We are extremely grateful for every donation, regardless of the amount, especially as we grow in size to meet the increasing need in our communities.

Active Listening is a Christian response to the needs of society. We are here to listen, serve and help those in the midst of crisis.
Here’s what you can do:
- Share our website and information about Active Listening with others.
- If you work for the emergency or statutory services or in any position to affect change, please use your influence to enable Active Listening to help others.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call the emergency services on 999.
Active Listening can only receive referrals from the emergency services.
